I work with individual adults who want to better understand themselves, deepen their relationships, and move through life’s transitions with more clarity and self-compassion. My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that healing happens in the context of safe, trusting relationships.

 

Clients often tell me they feel supported in our work—never judged, never pushed toward someone else's idea of healing, but gently guided toward their own. I bring a balance of deep listening, insight, and skill-building, and I trust your inner wisdom as we explore what’s working and what’s not.
