I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience who enjoys working with teens and adults who are looking to make a change or live a more authentic life. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, neurodivergence, gender identity and life stressors.
My interactive and motivational style blends a variety of treatment modalities - person centered, strengths based, trauma informed, and solution focused - based on each persons individualized needs.
