Every person has a story, and I am here to hear yours without judgment. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work with a Minor in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and my Masters of Social Work Degree from Edinboro University.
My experience includes working with children, teenagers, young adults, and families. My expertise and passion are working with those clients struggling with anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorders, and child/family behavioral issues. My mission is to help clients identify the source of their symptoms and help them develop healthy coping mechanisms.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of clinical work. I practice a client-centered approach and work with each client’s unique strengths. I am committed to providing a warm and positive environment to assist you in advancing your well-being.
“Anything that's human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary.” - Fred Rodgers.
